Dinara Alieva Made Her Debut at Royal Opera House, Covent Garden

In the end of January, Dinara made her first appearance in Verdi’s La traviata in London. It is currently the most performed opera in the world, and the role of Violetta a favourite for many star sopranos. Dinara has played the role with a number of other european companies before. Performances at the Royal Opera House took place January, 22, 25, 28, 30. This famous masterpiece is conducted by Daniel Oren.

This Season Royal Opera House celebrate the 25th anniversary of the premiere of Richard Eyre’s stunning naturalistic production contrasts the superficial glamour of 19th-century Parisian high life with intimate scenes for Violetta with Alfredo and Giorgio Germont, culminating in the heart-breaking final act.

Dinara returns to the Royal Opera House later this year to star in Offenbach’s Les Contes d’Hoffmann.
